Anbefalingerne vedrører områderne åbenhed og kommunikation, opgaver, ansvar og vederlag.
Første gang bestyrelsen for Fonden Den Hageske Stiftelse forholdt sig til anbefalingerne for god fondsledelse var i 2015.
